These terms apply to the use of this website and to housekeeping services and cleaning machine supplies provided by Swachh, Miramar, Panaji, Goa.

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information, photos or site visit available to us. If the actual scope, size or condition of the space differs significantly, we will discuss any change in price with you before continuing. Machine quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation.

Bookings and access

Please make sure our team has access to the space, water and electricity at the agreed time. Let us know about delicate surfaces, antiques or items that need special care before we begin.

Your belongings

We take care to protect and move your belongings carefully. Please store away cash, jewellery and valuables before the service.

Results

We use professional methods to get the best possible result, but some old, set-in or permanent stains and surface damage may not be fully removable. We will tell you if we expect this before we start.

Specifications and photos on this website are for guidance and may change. Final specifications, accessories, warranty and delivery terms are as stated on the quotation and invoice.
